Crème Caramel x 2 sachets

Two sachets per pack, each makes a 4 servings creme caramel.

How to use:

1) Pour the caramel sachet content into 4 small moulds;

2) Meanwhile, in a small saucepan mix the content of the big sachet together with 1/2 litre of milk, added little by little, obtaining a smooth cream without lumps;

3) Bring to boil and cook it for 3 minutes, over medium heat, stirring constantly;

4) Pour the cream into the moulds. After at least 2 hours in the fridge the Creme Caramel can be served.
