DESCRIPTION: Sparkling white wine, from the iconic and world wide known Valdobbiadene.
Straw yellow colour, with persistent refined bubbles.
Wild flowers aromas along with hints of apple and pear delight the nose.
The palate is flavoursome and balanced in typical “extra dry” style.
GRAPES: 100% Glera.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: ideal as aperitif wine along with antipasto platters and seafood dishes.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-8°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11%
SIZE: 750mL
WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16°C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
