DESCRIPTION: Dry white wine, straw-yellow in colour with pale green hues.
Prominent fresh wild flowers on the nose with hints of Golden Delicious apples, sweet almonds and fresh aromatic herbs.
On the palate, intense and elegant, with a light minerality and a well balanced acidity. Lovely long finish, with notes of flowers and citrus.
GRAPES: 100% Friulano.
RECOMMENDED PAIRING: wonderful with seafood, especially raw fish, shell fish and mussels, as well as risotto, escargot, herbs frittata, eggs, asparagus, flavoursome short-medium aged cheese. Lovely with prosciutto and finger food.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10-12°C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%

WINE STORAGE: between 12 and 16 °C, away from direct sources of light, avoiding excessively dry conditions.
