CAMPARI SPRITZ
Campari is the result of master drink maker, Gaspare Campari, whose recipe is 150 years old and remains known to very few people, a spirit made with an infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic fruits and plants in alcohol and water.
Campari Spritz has a vibrant red colour, it tastes bitterer than Aperol Spritz, with predominant flavours of oranges, herbs and tree bark.
Served with prosecco, soda water, ice, a slice of lemon and an olive.
